Payment is expected at or before time of collection
If your pet passes away at home and we are collecting from your home, we will happily accept cash or we have various electronic payment options available.
If you pet passes away at your vets, we will be happy to collect your pet from your vet’s office. Please speak to your vet about your decision. Contact us via telephone or complete the online booking form to make your arrangements and we will liaise with your vet directly.
Eftpos Available
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, contactless cards, eftpos chip cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay all accepted on our portal terminal we bring to you or payment can be taken over the phone.
Bank Transfer
If you would like to avoid paying a card surcharge transfer the funds directly to our bank account and pay no fees. Our friendly staff will have the bank account details available so please do not hesitate to ask. A receipt of transfer will need to be provided at time of collection.

We understand a pet passing can be unexpected and we would like to help all our clients take the financial burden away at a time of loss.
At Furry Friend Farewells we offer prepayment plans for all of our services. The benefits of prepayment include:
– Lock in the price at the time of purchase
– No minimum payment required
– Pay what you want, when you want
– Fully refundable less 10% admin fee
The only requirement is that the service must be fully paid for at the time of cremation.
