Payment is preferred before collection
If your pet passes away at home and we are collecting from your home, we will happily accept cash or we have various electronic payment options available.
If you pet passes away at your vets, we will be happy to collect your pet from your vet’s office. Please speak to your vet about your decision. Contact us via telephone or complete the online booking form to make your arrangements and we will liaise with your vet directly.
Eftpos Available
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, contactless cards, eftpos chip cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay which are all accepted on our terminal at the office or payment can be taken over the phone with Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
Bank Transfer
Our friendly staff will have the bank account details available so please do not hesitate to ask. A receipt of transfer can be emailed to us once your payment has been made.
We understand that sometimes the passing of a beloved pet can be very unexpected and we want to help you be able to bring your loved one home by offering buy now pay later, interest free options.

Afterpay is available via our online payments page. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment option at checkout.
Apply for VetPay and receive formal approval from VetPay.
We then add the cost of cremation to your VetPay account.
VetPay will cover the costs of the cremation and email your fortnightly payment plan to you.
Once the account is set up there is no need to re-apply, enjoy the benefits of peace of mind.

Prepayment Plans
We understand a pet passing can be unexpected and we would like to help all our clients take the financial burden away at a time of loss.
At Furry Friend Farewells we offer prepayment plans for all of our services. The benefits of prepayment include:
– Lock in the price at the time of purchase
– No minimum payment required
– Pay what you want, when you want
– Fully refundable less an admin fee
The only requirement is that the service must be fully paid for at the time of cremation.
