We will confirm your booking by return email and text as soon as possible.
We are on the road a fair bit so please be patient, we will reply when it is safe to do so.
If you have submitted a booking form outside of office hours, we will confirm you booking as soon as we can. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the time you have requested we will give you a call.
If your collection is urgent please contact us if you have not received a response within 30 minutes.
In the meantime, if you have chosen your preferred urn and any mementos for your pet, please visit our pay online page to pay for your pets cremation online.
Due to Covid restrictions and we are tying to ensure our clients and our staff are safe by providing a contactless service, payment is required before collection.
Please be aware services required after 5pm or on the weekend outside of our business hours do incur an after hours call out fee.
Payment can be made by card, direct transfer, Afterpay or Openpay.
