prior to making an online payment
Before making your payment, please ensure that you have first made a booking or appointment with us.
Bookings and Appointments must be made before payment is finalised so we are aware of when and how your pet is coming into our care. The form will also give us all the information we need about you, your pet and your collection preferences.
Bookings and Appointments can be made by calling us directly on (02) 4989 7800 or by completing an online booking form via our website. Press the Green Make a booking button at the top right or make a selection below.

VET CLINIC COLLECTION BOOKING
Please select this button to make a booking for us to collect your pet from a vet clinic. This form MUST be completed so we have all the details about your pet and the clinic, including when we are to collect them. Please select this button to make a vet collection booking.
HOME COLLECTION BOOKING
Please select this button to make a booking for us to collect your pet from your home. This form MUST be completed so we have all the details about your pet including when and were we are to collect them. Please select this button to make a home collection booking.
OFFICE APPOINTMENT TO BRING YOUR PET TO US
If you would like to bring your pet to the crematorium you MUST first make an appointment. This is to ensure privacy and time for yourself when saying goodbye to your pet. Please select this button to make an appointment.

If we already have your pet in our care, please select this button to make your choices and payment for your pets cremation.

If you have received a text or email confirmation from us that your vet has arranged for Furry Friends Farewells to collect your pet from their vet clinic, please select this button to make your choices and payment for your pets cremation.
