We will confirm your booking by return email and text as soon as possible. 

Booking Terms

If you have submitted a booking form outside of office hours, please be patient we will confirm your booking as soon as we can. 

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the time you have requested we will give you a call. 

If your collection is urgent please contact us if you have not received a response within 30 minutes. 

PAYMENT

In the meantime, if you have chosen your preferred urn and any mementos for your pet, please visit our pay online page to pay for your pets cremation online.

Payment Terms 

  • Payment is required within 48 hours of your pet coming into our care.

  • Holding fees will be charged at $25 per day if payment has not been received within 48 hours of your pet coming into our care.

  • Services required after 5pm or on the weekend outside of our business hours do incur an after hours call out fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes things can change, the euthanasia does not go ahead, vet appointments are cancelled/rescheduled or you decide to make alternative arrangements for your pet. 

If you need to cancel this booking please call or email our office. Please note if you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 30 minutes BEFORE our allocated appointment time you will be charged a cancellation fee.
